Marvel’s new Netflix series The Defenders is one of the most anticipated series of the year. Featuring the stars of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage & Iron Fist, and Sigourney Weaver as the villain, it should be a great binge watch when it is released!

Of course Marvel is notoriously secretive when it comes to their movies and shows. That is why we were pleasantly surprised when The Defenders decided to shoot scenes overnight today on the Hell’s Kitchen NYC street outside of our publishers apartment! (This production used an alias shooting title.) The cast and crew, including dozens of extras, had to deal with a very cold and windy night. The temperature was 22 degrees but the wind chill made it feel like 12 degrees! This shoot was actually scheduled to take place on Tuesday overnight. But with a blizzard set to arrive that day, this shoot was moved up two days.

In a ComicCon.news exclusive, here is a brief video that appears to feature Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Simone Missick (Misty Knight), and Finn Jones (Iron Fist). We believe one of the other actresses may be Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing). We are sharing two takes of the same scene shot from different angles.

Please note that to limit spoilers, we are not including the audio of the scene. So you will have to use your imagination on the context!
